Find Clarity, Reignite Creativity, and Embrace Peaceful Presence  

Carolyn Nixon, co-owner of BNA Brewing Co in Kelowna, BC, is a passionate entrepreneur who came into the course feeling stuck in a fog of uncertainty. Despite her success, she came into this course feeling stuck in a swirling fog—unable to access her creativity, struggling to focus, and frustrated with herself.

By the end, she had found clarity, renewed energy, and peace. Her creativity was flowing again, her productivity increased, and she left with powerful tools to navigate transitions with confidence.

"When I first heard about Lara’s course, I remember admiring her clarity—how she had the focus and purpose to put together an entire program. At the time, my lack of clarity and inability to stay focused was driving me crazy. I felt like I was in a constant swirling fog. I had no creative energy and found it hard to stay positive. I knew those traits were still there, just below the surface, but I couldn’t access them.

Looking back at my notes from the beginning, my ‘I am’ statements were things like I am blocked and I am trying. I remember actually feeling the block in my body during the first breathing exercise—I couldn’t get energy to move past that point. But week by week, it released a little more.

Now, I feel peaceful. I have to work on clarity and focus daily, but I know they’re there and functioning again. That alone relaxes me. My creativity has returned, my productivity has improved, and I’m attracting opportunities that wouldn’t have come if I had stayed where I was.

The biggest gift from this course was the idea of having my Inner Guide. I haven’t called on her yet, but just knowing she’s there is a gift I know I will use.

I loved the visualization exercises—they were incredibly powerful, even though I ugly cried through most of them. The Radical Integrity & Accountability module was the perfect push I needed to let go of what wasn’t serving me.

Lara’s ability to create clarity and hold space was incredible. She answered questions thoughtfully and clearly, providing exactly the insight I needed. I would absolutely recommend this course to anyone feeling stuck, in transition, or needing a reset. It came at the perfect time for me and awakened parts of myself that I love and want to nurture more.

Also… the course was the perfect length. I was ready for it to wrap up—not because I wanted it to end, but because I was excited to put everything I had learned into action.
