Join us for a powerful planning session for 2025, with both heart and strategy! Our 90 minutes will include breathwork, visualization, and journaling questions. It is intended to be an individual experience, together. If you plan to join, please join for the entire 60 minutes.
Outcomes: You will have a clear vision and plan for 2025 created from your heart and your head, to truly make magic happen this year.

I’m Lara Kozan,
and I coach female entrepreneurs who are struggling with turning their passions and visions into successful and scalable businesses, and doing so in a way that doesn’t sacrifice their health and relationships... so in the end, in their own way, they get to have it all.
In my early entrepreneurial days I struggled myself with taking something I was passionate about and turning it into a successful business, then later in my journey I struggled doing business in a way that honoured my health, my relationships, and all important parts of my life.
Through 15+ years of learning I discovered ways of BEING that let me DO with more joy, grace and flow, and as a result I’ve created thriving businesses while healing my body, travelling the world with 3 young kids, and having the deepest connection with my husband.
As all parts of my life shifted, and as a business coach, I’ve been inspired to compile the systems, tools and resources I’ve created that have worked for me, and share these with others, women especially. I believe that when we’re coming from our most powerful place of BEING, that we create our highest visions with greater ease and in a way that works for ourselves, families and communities.
