Discovering Love and Purpose: In my heartful pursuit of purposeful living, I've come to understand that life is all about cherishing Love. Every. Moment. Emphasizing the significance of a deep breath, a mindful pose, nourishing food, authentic connections, and empowering thoughts, my mission is to inspire individuals to choose love over fear in every aspect of life.

The Soulful Path of an Entrepreneur and Coach: My path as an entrepreneur has been one of inspiration and impact. I am the proud founder of two iconic Vancouver-Canada wide Companies, YYoga and Nectar, that have touched and elevated countless lives. As a certified teacher and enthusiast of yoga, breathwork, meditation, and reiki, I've been sharing my knowledge and wisdom with students worldwide, amassing over 20+ years of invaluable experience.

Unicorn, A Journey of Family and Travel: In my personal life, I'm a Unicorn - a term I lovingly coined for parents with three children. My heart finds joy in exploring and living abroad alongside my family, from the enchanting landscapes of Bali and Malta to the vibrant cultures of China and Vietnam. Through these experiences, I've discovered the profound value of balance, family connection, and nurturing moments of togetherness.

Embracing Entrepreneurship and Coaching: My passion as an entrepreneur runs deep in my veins, and I have a relentless drive to support others on their entrepreneurial journey. As a heart-centered coach, my mission is to uplift and guide aspiring entrepreneurs towards their goals.
