Your 2021 Year in Review Process

Uncategorized Dec 15, 2021

It seems like just yesterday we were talking about looking back on 2020 with my year in review process. Now, with 2022 fast approaching, it’s time to look back on 2021!

This year, like any year, it’s incredibly important to look back on “find the gold” in the past year. To do so, you need to ask yourself thought-provoking and soul-searching questions that help you uncover the best of yourself and your accomplishments.

(There are all kinds of benefits to completing this process at the end of each year. Learn more about them in this post)

If you completed this process last year, I encourage you to revisit your answers from 2020. Then, as you fill out your 2021 Year in Review, you’ll see just how far you’ve come.

Many of us faced more challenges than ever before in 2021. At first thought, you might be telling yourself you didn’t accomplish all that much this year. But I assure you that’s not true! There’s all kinds of gold to recover from this year, and this process helps you uncover it.
